These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of goods from Idunparts.com. By making a purchase, you accept these terms. We recommend that you read them thoroughly.
Prices
All prices are stated in Danish Krone (DKK) including VAT, unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, change prices, and account for out-of-stock items.
Ordering
Your order is binding once you have received an order confirmation from us via email. We recommend that you keep the order confirmation for future reference. If you notice any errors in your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us and return the item in the same condition and packaging as received. The return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

Complaints
If there are defects or shortcomings with the item, you as a customer have a 24-month right of complaint in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The complaint must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect.
